Welcome to ZENX LOGISTICS PRIVATE LIMITED (“ZENX”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, recruitment platform and related services. By registering, applying, downloading the application or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

  • These Terms form a binding agreement between you and ZENX.
  • By creating an account, submitting an application or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
  • If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website, application or services.

2. Services

  • ZENX operates a recruitment and matching platform that connects riders/delivery partners and field recruiters with work opportunities, and provides manpower, delivery, logistics and related services where applicable.
  • We facilitate registration, document collection and verification, job matching, attendance management, and the processing of applicable incentives and commissions.
  • We may add, change, suspend or discontinue any feature of our services at any time, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to register or work through ZENX.
  • You must be legally eligible to work in India.
  • You must provide valid identity, address and other documents as required for verification, and keep them up to date.
  • By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is true, accurate and complete.

4. Accounts, Registration & OTP Security

  • Registration requires a valid mobile number. One-time passwords (OTPs) are used to verify your identity and secure your account.
  • You agree to keep your mobile number accessible and to safeguard OTPs. Never share an OTP with anyone, including persons claiming to represent ZENX.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account. Notify us immediately at the Contact page if you suspect unauthorised use.
  • You may have only one active rider/recruiter account unless we approve otherwise. Duplicate accounts may be rejected or closed.

5. Rider & Recruiter Obligations and Conduct

  • Riders and recruiters must provide genuine information, attend assigned work on time, and follow the lawful instructions of ZENX and its clients.
  • You must maintain professional conduct, comply with applicable traffic, transport, labour and other laws, and not misrepresent ZENX.
  • Riders must hold and maintain any licence, registration or permit required for the work assigned (for example, a valid driving licence for delivery roles).
  • Recruiters must not make false earnings or employment promises to candidates and must present only accurate information about roles and requirements.
  • Any misconduct, fraud, harassment or violation of these Terms may lead to suspension or termination of your account.

6. Verification of Documents & Information

  • You authorise ZENX and its authorised partners to verify the documents and information you provide.
  • Verification may include identity, address, background and document checks to the extent permitted by applicable law.
  • If any document or information is found to be false, incomplete or invalid, your application or account may be rejected or terminated, and we may report such conduct where required by law.
  • Documents are used only for lawful verification, onboarding and record-keeping purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Payments, Incentives, Commissions & Taxes

  • Payments, incentives, commissions and other earnings are governed by the applicable policy, scheme or agreement and are processed after due verification of attendance, work completion and related records.
  • We do not make false earnings promises. Any indicative figures shown are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • Eligibility for incentives or commissions may be subject to minimum attendance, verified work, active account status and other conditions stated in the relevant policy.
  • You are responsible for any taxes payable on amounts you earn, and you agree to provide any information or documentation reasonably required for lawful tax reporting.
  • ZENX may deduct, adjust, recover or withhold amounts where permitted by law or policy, including for recovery of advances, penalties or adjustments arising from incorrect or fraudulent claims.

8. Use of Location

  • Our application does not request, collect, store or transmit your device or GPS location, in the background or otherwise, and no location permission is required to use the app.
  • During onboarding you choose your location as State, District and Hub — a catalogue you pick yourself, not your device location — and we use that stored geography to show you relevant jobs.
  • Because the app does not access your device location, there is no location permission to grant or revoke.

9. Privacy & Data

  • Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when it changes.

10. Account Deletion & Data Retention

  • You may delete your account at any time from the application (Settings → Delete Account) or through the public web page /delete-account using your registered mobile number and an OTP.
  • Upon deletion, your profile information, uploaded documents and access tokens are removed or irreversibly anonymised.
  • Certain financial, commission, attendance and application records may be retained in anonymised form where required for legal, regulatory, audit or dispute-resolution purposes, in line with our retention policy.
  • Deletion is irreversible. If you wish to use ZENX again after deletion, you will need to register afresh.

11. Intellectual Property

  • The ZENX name, logo, application, website, content, text, graphics, and all related software and technology are owned by ZENX or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, scrape or create derivative works from our application, website or content without our prior written consent.

12. Prohibited Uses & Misuse

  • Do not provide false information or documents.
  • Do not create duplicate, fraudulent or unauthorised accounts.
  • Do not misuse OTPs, attempt to bypass verification, or share your account with others.
  • Do not engage in fraud, collusion, fake attendance or fake work reporting.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, hack, reverse-engineer or interfere with our systems or the systems of our clients.
  • Do not use our platform for any unlawful activity.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

  • Our services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy or fitness of our services for a particular purpose.
  • We do not guarantee that any candidate, rider or recruiter will be selected, onboarded, engaged or earn any particular income.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZENX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, including loss of earnings, data or opportunity.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Indian law.

14. Termination & Suspension

  • We may suspend or terminate your account or access if you breach these Terms, provide false information, engage in fraud or misconduct, or if continued engagement is not lawful or safe.
  • You may stop using our services at any time and may delete your account as described in Section 10.
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law — will survive.

15. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published at /terms.
  • Material changes will be communicated through the application or by other reasonable means.
  • Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Grievance

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Subject to applicable law, disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Etawah, Uttar Pradesh, India.
  • If you have any grievance, complaint or question regarding these Terms or our services, contact our Grievance Officer at the Contact page. We aim to respond to grievances within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law.

By using our website, mobile application or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
